  1. The Treasurer and Vice President reworked the next budget plan. Last year's expenses were compared with the budget plan and adjustments made. The Treasurer will create a list for next year for each department. Thanks to the Vice President for the help.
  2. Attempted to pay reimbursement to a volunteer, but Wise still needs verification, so the payment is paused.
  3. Paid invoice from Danielle.

Talk Topic

  1. Do we need communication training for Joomlers? Several issues could have been avoided with better communication. Idea: get a trainer or institute to sponsor/hold optional trainings.

  1. Proposed a digital “Goodie Bag” for the Joomla! 20th Celebration Week (could include optional communication training, partner discounts, etc.).
  2. Announced a quarterly meet-up/meeting with Extensions and/or Template Developers, Agencies, and any company/individual building something commercial around Joomla! to give them a voice.
  3. The 20th Year Celebration website and temporary 20th Celebration Shop launched, thanks to the work of Cyril R., Mike M., and Richard G. in under one week.
