• Dept 

  • The department reviewed and completed the budget requests for 2020/2021 to be presented to the board 

• JCP 

  • Wilco & Jaz are rebuilding the certified user directory in a simple component, by using most of the core features.

  • During the next team meeting, the team will review the status of the platform, decide what still needs to be implemented and work on a test plan. The focus will be on ensuring the exam platform is ready to write, build and host Joomla! 4 Certification exams.

  • The participation levels of a couple of members was reviewed

• VET 

  • The team is reviewing how the Volunteer Portal workflows can be approved to help attract new volunteers

  • The participation levels of a couple of members was reviewed

  • Davide is working on the team’s mission and vision statements
