Certification Operations Team - Meeting Notes - 16 June, 2016

The Joomla! Certification Operations Team (COT) meets every Thursday at 1:00 PM GMT. This meeting was held on June 16th, 2016 on Glip.

In attendance: Patrick, Jungbluth, Luca Marzo, Pablo Pantoja, Hector Mansilla, Todd Woodward, Arjen Schrijvers, Sam Suresh, Richard van Tilborg.

Absents: Andre Dreier, Chris Keen, Deb Cinkus, Johan Van der Velde.

Luca reported news from Steering Meeting.
OSM Board of Directors is currently reviewing contracts and agreements for JLPs and exam candidates. They should be approved in a couple of days.
Pilot Test will take place at the end of the next week.
Richard and the Marketing Team are working hard to complete the JLP Welcome Pack.
Hector, Todd, Pablo and Johan are still working on RC applications, planning interview and asking people for details.
Patrick reported an issue in Ticket System on JCP website. Patrick will contact the developers.
Patrick is working on the new application system.
Luca will create a group on Glip and will invite all the JLP applicants to keep them up to date with the progress of the Certification Program.
Most of the applicants did not answer our email and/or tickets, so we cannot process their applications. If you applied as JLP or you asked to host a Certification Exam, please look at your mailbox and answer emails from the Certification program.
