Discussion outline 

  1. Donata drafted an article for Joomla Community Magazine on responding to data breaches under GDPR. All of the JCM articles written are scheduled for June 2020 publication date. 

  2. The identity announcement will be published on Saturday, May 16th, 2020 and the team will be starting to work on the identity portal at 10 am on Saturday. 

  3. Sander confirmed that he will be creating the PR for the identity portal on May 13, 2020. 
  4. The following steps need to be taken by the team:
    1. Sander will make a PR against the Joomla template repo; 
    2. PR needs to be merged by template maintainers; 
    3. Template update needs to be released by maintainers and provided to webmasters; 
    4. Webmasters will install the template update on their property; 
    5. An audit will need to be done to review correct implementation.
