Discussion outline 

• The Team is still looking for a Team Lead - if you are interested in volunteering for this position, please email us at compliance@community.joomla.org.
• Donata will reach out to the Social Media Team to also publish the call for volunteers for the Privacy Compliance Team. 
• The Team discussed the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. According to Section 59.1-57.2, the law does not apply to nonprofit organizations and thus would not apply to Joomla. The text of the law can be found here: https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?212+ful+CHAP0035. 
• The Team discussed the cookies solution and the fact that it's a project in GSoC and will probably be included in J4.x. Sandra posed a question about cookie guidance from CNIL regarding obtaining consent for analytics. However, since the guidance is not overly clear, and, technically, analytics data is shared with a third-party analytics provider, the Team decided to still obtain consent for analytics as this requirement has been made clear by other Data Protection Authorities and guidance.
