What are your team’s key goals for this year?

- organize and prioritize the projects across the coding teams to provide clarity and who is responsible (use Github project)

- creation of coding teams (small group of individuals who work on one or more items and report back to EDT on progress)

- provide a 'fence' to developers (be a place where they can seek help)

What actions or topics will you focus on to achieve them?

 

Step 1: Meet with Maintainer and Bug Squad TL to understand their focus/initiatives

Step 2: Get all coding initiatives into a list

Step 3: Create Tracker and Touchpoints

Step 4: Reach out to the developers

Step 5: Update public list - not the same as the Github project/tracker

 

How can we measure progress or success?

Through trackers.
