Objective: 

Joomla Health Checker, and GSoC updates.

Item discussed:

- Health Checker: Olivier moved Rudieger’s plugin to the repo. Couple issues to fix before we can ask for feedback
- GSoC: We chose 4 students/projects, we have now 10 mentors in total, last administrative things have to be done before Tuesday 6pm UTC. We then have to wait until April 30 (again 6pm UTC) to definitively know how many slots we get
