After a short break, we are back in action. This is our first meeting since JAB, which was a great event and the JUX team received much support and direction for the future.
Now that J3.6 has been released, our new focus is gathering and implementing user feedback and research into Joomla 3.7.

It has been awhile but we are picking up where we left off and we have new community resources to utilize. Our basic plan is the same, but the vision is much clearer. Our new strategy involves creating UX cycles around releases and integrating our work more closely within the community, github and other official channels.
Our team meeting cycle is now bi-weekly. Leadership will hold a meeting every week with alternating bi-weekly times to accomodate the time differences in our team. Team members can choose the week and time that works best for them. Next weeks meeting will contain the same agenda and we will provide additional details at that time if necessary.
We are now recording our meetings and we will continue to do this in the future. It has been requested by several team members and it's very easy to accomplish and share so anyone can watch them later. That's all for now, feel free to watch the video for the full discussion and details. This week and next is mainly rebooting and catching up after the break. Much more is coming so stay tuned.
