The Joomla! Certification Steering Group meets every Tuesday at 1:00 PM GMT. This meeting was held on April 18, 2017 on Glip.

Discussion Outline

  • Operation Team reported

    • Work on the Workflow Extension has been on-hold during last week.

    • All the applications have been processed.

  • Marketing Team reported

    • Good progress on the Welcome Pack transfer to the Website.

  • Platform Team reported

    • Fixed bugs on the Certified Users Directory (Related to filtering settings)

  • Exam Team reported

    • Attempted to fix incorrect questions and answers in past exams in Florida and the Netherlands, in which candidates unjustly failed. The badges for these candidates need to be awarded manually without re-grading the exam results.

    • Drawing up a selection criteria / checklist for future Exam team volunteers needed to support the new exams ( Template / Developer) and translating and maintaining the current Administrator exam.
  • Stefanie and Patrick will step down from Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader of the Certification Program. Team is arranging a new election.
