Documentation Team (Herman Peeren)

1. We are moving away from the Wiki, but it will take more time than desired, as there are not enough people to complete the alternatives for it soon. Therefore the Wiki needs some maintenance too.
2. A priority for user documentation is better tutorials, especially targeted at beginners. Working on it with some people, also to use existing documentation-material from others. We have some coordination with Outreach for that (promotion of the use of Joomla).
